Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

Account and Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity carried out through your account.

Services

The app acts as a platform connecting those requesting nursing services with providers. The app does not itself provide medical services; responsibility for the service lies with the qualified provider.

Emergencies and Health Disclaimer

Xevia is not an emergency service. If there is a risk to life or an urgent medical condition, call your local ambulance or emergency services immediately.

Information and posts in the app are not a diagnosis or prescription and do not replace consultation with a qualified doctor.

User-Generated Content

You are responsible for the content you publish. Incitement, threats, hate speech, sexual content, medical misinformation and impersonation are prohibited.

We reserve the right to remove violating content and suspend repeat-offender accounts. Users can report and block; reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

Advertising

The app may display ads clearly labelled “Ad”. Ads are not a medical recommendation or a guarantee of service quality; your dealings with an advertiser are subject to that advertiser’s terms and privacy policy.

Payments

Payments are made via the methods approved within the app. The user is responsible for accurate payment information and amounts.

Wallet and Nurse Earnings

A Xevia wallet balance is closed-loop service credit usable only to pay for services in the app. It is not a bank account or electronic money, earns no interest, and cannot be transferred between users.

Service requesters may top up their balance using the approved methods to pay for orders. A nurse’s balance represents earnings from completed services and may be requested for payout to an Egyptian e-wallet after admin review. Patient cash withdrawals are not permitted.

Orders and Nurses

We commit to displaying nurse information and verification procedures, noting that communication and service details are handled within the platform according to the order record.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account in the app via Profile → Delete Account, or at https://www.xeviamed.com/delete-account.php. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond what the law permits.

Amendments

We may amend these Terms; your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Egyptian law, and Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
